We book hotels close to every major German exhibition venue: Deutsche Messe Hannover, Messe Düsseldorf, Koelnmesse, Messe Stuttgart, Messe Frankfurt and Messe München. Beyond fair weeks we also handle regular business travel in Berlin, Hamburg, Nuremberg and most second-tier cities, including conference hotels, serviced apartments and long-stay accommodation for project teams.
There is no formal minimum. We work with two-person engineering crews as well as delegations of two hundred plus. From around ten travellers we typically negotiate dedicated group rates with the hotel, structure a rooming list and centralise billing; below that we still leverage corporate agreements so your team pays less than the public rate displayed on booking portals.

Most group contracts require a deposit at confirmation (often 20–30%) with the balance due before arrival. Cancellation grids are stepped — full refund far out, partial refund in the middle, no refund close to the date. Most German cities levy an overnight city tax (Beherbergungssteuer / City Tax) of a few euros per person per night for leisure travellers; business travel is often exempt with the right form, which we provide.
